What Is Addressable Geofencing?
Addressable geofencing allows an advertiser to upload a list of residential or corporate addresses and then geofences are created around the physical plat lines from property tax and public land surveying information to maximize the precision of addresses being targeted.
The individuals that live are these addresses are then eligible to be shown programmatic ads across all their devices including smartphones, computers, tablets, and connected TVs. Up to 1 million addresses can be targeted at ones.
How Does Addressable Geofencing Works?
✔️Residential or corporate addresses that an advertiser wants to target are uploaded into Agility’s platform.
✔️The addresses are then matched against plat line data to collect the exact physical location, size and shape of the individually matched addresses.
✔️The system then geofences each matched address to collect device IDs and target individuals specific only to that distinct address location. These individuals can then receive multiple ad formats(display, native, audio, video, CTV)
✔️Audiences at every single address are updated on a daily basis.
